Sang worked hard to earn his Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Degree from one of the most prestegious and reputable engineering colleges in the world, The University of Adelaide in Australia.
Sang entered the workforce after graduation and brought with him a passion for his craft and gained tremendous experience in an industry that demands attention to detail and a high quality of work. In addition to his Engineering expertise, Sang has worked in the Aviation, Oil & Gas and Nuclear sectors and is adept at his profession.
Sang has been a key player in establishing quality assurance programs for multi-million dollar projects, while ensuring compliance with code requirements and other standards set by his clients.
NATE LINDELL
CEO
Nate combines his international business experience and executive leadership with over 20 years of dedicated service in the fields of fabrication, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Mr. Lindell has implemented and overseen Quality Management Systems for some of the largest fabrication firms in accordance with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Aerospace Standard AS9100, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
Following his passion for quality, Nate implemented and managed an electronic quality management system for a $1.4 billion dollar fabrication project located in Shanghai, China. This system allowed for the acceptance of over 1 million welds with nearly zero paper.
Nate maintains active involvement on multiple technical committees. Currently he serves as a member of the following American Welding Society (AWS) Technical Committees; Bridge Welding, Railroad Welding, Structural Steel Welding as well as prior Chairman of the Reinforcing Steel Committee. He is also a member of the Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) and National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE). Nate is an active participant on American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Structural Stainless Steel Committee and Chairman of the Hydraulic Metal Structures Committee.
Certifications include: Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Certified Coatings Inspector Level III, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Lead Auditor, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead Auditor.
ALLEN H. SITU
Quality Manager
As a first-generation immigrant from China, Allen has excelled in his business career following graduating from Wyotech Technical Institute A&P Mechanic Program. Allen began his career in the field of Quality in 2006 including Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Nondestructive Testing.
He currently holds Level III certification from the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Visual Testing (VT). He’s also an American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding inspector (CWI), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Certified Level II Coating Inspector, American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Inspector.
Mr. Situ has vast experience in a variety of industries including; Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Structural. Mr. Situ has real world experience working with Quality Management Systems including ASME NQA-1, ASME Sec III, ISO-9001 and AS9100.
